Elise Ambrose
President
Elise has 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition and staffing industry. Elise has grown and developed Atlas’ sister enterprise, Elite Personnel, into a nationally recognized staffing provider, which was chosen in the top 1% of staffing services by Forbes Magazine (2017 Top 250 Best Professional Recruiting Companies nationwide). Elise manages operations to ensure that all clients receive personal, responsive and consistent customer service. Prior to taking over the leadership of Atlas and Elite Personnel, Elise spent five years in the home remodeling industry at Anthony Wilder Design/Build. Elise is an active member of the Washington area business community, participating in multiple Chambers of Commerce (The Greater Bethesda Chamber, Greater Silver Spring Chamber, Montgomery County Chamber). Her active participation also extends to giving back to the community through extensive involvement with local civic groups and charitable organizations. Elise currently serves on two Boards of Directors - St. Ann’s Center for Women and Children and the Catholic Business Network of DC - is on an advisory board for Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School and is actively involved with Shepherd’s Table in Silver Spring. Elise recovers on the weekend in a quiet chalet at the Bryce Resort!
Jeffrey Rosolio
Chief Talent Officer
Jeff has over 30 years of executive experience in human resources, talent acquisition and organizational development in a variety of industries, with most of that time being spent in the information technology, telecommunications and energy market sectors. Jeff has extensive experience with Federal government contractors, and has worked with the majority of civilian and defense agencies in recruiting new staff and transitioning incumbents from predecessor contractors. He oversees our team of recruiters, and guides, directs and supports their efforts in providing effective staffing solutions. Jeff collaborates with client’s hiring managers to prepare strategies for existing and future personnel needs. Jeff guides the Atlas Agency client experience by serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions. In addition, Jeff is responsible for developing and maintaining Atlas’ corporate infrastructure requirements including strategic planning, human resources, corporate communications and business relationships. In his spare time, Jeff keeps us all up to date on the latest in the entertainment world – a major movie buff!
John Rectenwald
Chief Executive Officer
John (a registered architect) has over 40 years of experience in a variety of technically-oriented market sectors including information technology, architecture, construction, third-world nation infrastructure, and international health initiatives. John has 17 years of experience in government contracting, and 15 years in the recruitment and staffing industry. John brings tremendous value to the Atlas Agency, leveraging his deep experience in conducting senior level searches for a variety of businesses in the Washington metro area. John is the smart, studious one – we listen when he talks.
Anne Terry
Business Development
Anne has over 20 years of business experience, of which 16 years have been in HR-oriented organizations providing business development, staffing and training. Anne is responsible for new client development, maintaining and cultivating relationships with current clients, capture management and exploring new areas of market penetration for The Atlas Agency. Anne fully understands the value of providing successful candidates to busy companies, having been on the other side of the desk for years at an international financial organization. Anne brings rich experience and great Irish humor to Atlas!
